AI agents for business
We build AI agentsthat do the work.
Tell us what slows your team down.
We build AI agents and automation
around your process and your existing systems.
A quick enquiry. A slow quote.
Customer history in your CRM. Prices in a spreadsheet. Details missing from the email.
Your AI agent brings it together and prepares the quote. Your team checks it and sends it.
AI agents for your workflows
One problem.
A working solution.
Start with the task that keeps coming back.
Here are a few places to begin.
01Customer call agentRoutine calls, appointments and a clear handover.
Answers routine questions using approved information, checks appointment availability and books agreed slots. Complex or unclear requests go to your team with the context attached.
Input A customer call.
Output An answer, a booking or a human handover.
02Follow-up agentKeep enquiries moving without chasing every task.
Prepares follow-up messages, schedules reminders and updates your CRM. Your team decides which messages need approval before they go out.
Input An enquiry or an agreed follow-up date.
Output A draft message and an updated customer record.
03Document agentRead it once. Put the right details in the right place.
Reads incoming documents, extracts the required details and routes each item to the right system or reviewer. Missing or unclear information is flagged.
Input A document, form or attachment.
Output Structured information ready for the next step.
04Order agentCheck orders, stock and delivery details together.
Checks order information against your stock and delivery systems, updates agreed records and flags anything that needs a decision.
Input A new or changed order.
Output Checked details and a list of exceptions.
05Reporting agentYour figures, together. With the sources attached.
Collects figures from agreed sources and prepares your regular report. Links to the source data help your team check the numbers.
Input Your systems and reporting rules.
Output A report with source links and flagged gaps.
06Purchasing agentCompare supplier quotes before making the call.
Collects supplier quotes and compares price, delivery terms and your agreed requirements. It prepares a summary, not a purchasing commitment.
Input Supplier quotes and your requirements.
Output A comparison ready for your purchasing team.
07Onboarding agentA clear start. Fewer tasks falling between teams.
Starts the agreed checklist, sends the right information and tracks outstanding tasks. Access permissions and exceptions remain under your team's control.
Input An approved onboarding request.
Output Tasks, reminders and a clear progress record.
08Your agentThe job that is specific to your business.
Tell us what comes in, what your team does today and what a useful result looks like. We work out where AI, ordinary automation and people each belong.
Input Your process.
Output A solution built around the work.
Examples of possible workflows, not off-the-shelf products. Scope and integrations are agreed for each project.
How we build your AI agent
Start with the process.
- 01
Find the bottleneck.
Look at the work today. Choose a useful first problem and agree how to measure improvement.
- 02
Build the solution.
Connect your tools, define the rules and decide where people stay involved.
- 03
Test with your team.
Check real cases, exceptions and approval steps before taking on live work.
- 04
Keep it working.
Review the results, investigate errors and adjust as your process changes.
Clear limits. Useful work.
Your team
stays in control.
We agree what the agent can access, what it can do and when it must ask for approval.
Unclear cases go to a person. Sending a quote, publishing content or approving a payment can remain a human decision.
- 01 Clear permissions
- 02 Human approval
- 03 Visible steps

Before we begin
A few practical
questions.
AI agents and process automation for mid-sized and large businesses in Switzerland and across DACH.
Do we need to replace our software?
Not necessarily. We first check how the solution could connect to your current tools. If an integration or system change is needed, we explain it before building.
Do we need an agent for every task?
No. Some tasks need a simple automation. Others need an AI agent to work with documents, interpret a request or handle several steps. We choose the approach that fits the job.
Can we start with one process?
Yes. A clearly defined process gives us a useful starting point for testing the solution and measuring its effect.
How much does it cost?
The scope depends on the workflow, integrations, data and level of support. We agree the work and price before development begins.
Who takes care of the agent after launch?
We agree monitoring, maintenance and support as part of the scope. That includes how errors are reported and who is responsible when systems or workflows change.
What happens when the agent is unsure?
We define when it must stop and hand the task to a person. We test missing data, unusual requests and failed integrations, not just the happy path.
Where does our data go?
We choose the tools, data access and hosting setup with you before building. We do not promise that every service runs in Switzerland. The agreed providers and data flows are part of the project scope.
